About Mario Kart Central
This site is dedicated to what I think is one of the most enjoyable racing series ever, Mario Kart. This site's goal is to provide you with accurate information about all of the Mario Kart games, and also to provide you with multimedia from the games and from other gamers like yourself (fan art). On this site is information about items, drivers, and shortcuts to help you be your best at Mario Kart.

My name is Jonathan, but I'm better known as Troopa, my online alias. I've been a big fan of Mario Kart ever since the original, and I've had a lot of fun working on this web site. It has been a lot of work and a great learning experience too. If you really want to learn more about me, please visit my personal site.

General Information
- Suggested display settings: 1024x768 or higher, 16-bit colors, browser window maximized, with Verdana font installed.

- This site is designed to be fast loading and simple. There are some sections (like Tracks, Drivers, and our logo) that take a little bit longer to load, but it should still be pretty quick for anyone with a 56k modem or higher.

- I do my best to keep this site working perfectly without errors. If you notice anything wrong, or have any questions, comments, suggestions, compliments, etc. then please contact me.

- This site was started in August 2002, and it originally only covered Super Mario Kart for the Super Nintendo.

- I am not the original author or graphic artist of some of the stuff on this web site. Thank you to everyone who has posted strategies, pictures, etc. for everyone to use.
